Here it is while cooking for 20 minutes. |
Here it is before I enjoyed it, sure wish I had made more so I had leftovers! |
3 cups of chicken broth made with boullion and 3 cups boiling water
3 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
2 cans corn, do not drain
1 medium chopped onion
1 chopped red bell pepper
2 ribs chopped celery
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups skim milk
Saute onions, peppers and celery in a soup pot sprayed with Pam spray for about 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 20 minutes. Blend 3/4 of the mixture and leave 1/4 unblended to remain chunky. Serve! Yummmmy! I promise!
what does syns mean??? I am sure you explain it somewhere.
ReplyDeleteOn the Slimming World plan syns are things that you do have to count...for instance, ketchup, chocolate, wine...most real foods are free and can be eaten in great abundance!
ReplyDeleteHow many syns are in the chowder? I've just started slimming world and I've just come across your blog. I think I'll follow you if you don't mind to give me some much needed inspiration.
